Adopt a Tuxedo (medium coat)

Tuxedo (medium coat) Cat

Sylvie the Cat needs a home

DOB: March 2012

Meet Sylvie! DOB: March 2012

Sylvie came to NTCR as 1 of 4 survivors found abandoned in a car at Keele & Hwy 7 area in the dead of winter. All have since been adopted - except Sylvie.

When rescued, Sylvie was thin, cold, terrified and unwilling to trust people. Since coming to NTCR she has gone from a cat that would always hide when people entered the room, to a cat that will come running over and rub against your legs! Sylvie also enjoys a good head and back scratch, and will wait patiently near your feet for her turn for individual attention.

Sylvie is a beautiful and uniquely marked, medium length haired tuxedo, with amazing green eyes and a gentle soul. While generally comfortable and relaxed, Sylvie can be startled by sudden changes in her environment. She is good with other cats and a confident greeter to visitors entering her room at the shelter. However, she will likely need a little patience, understanding, and some coaxing to become confident and established in a new home.

Sylvie has much love to give and is more than ready to experience life as a beloved family member. If you want to give this shy sweetheart the “furever” home she has never known, please fill out an adoption application and contact us.
